Bans on:

    every Sunday of the months of January - April and October - December from 8.00 - 22.00 clock
    every Sunday of the months from May to September from 7.00 - 24.00 clock and public holidays from 07:00 to 24:00

    For from Sardinia or foreign vehicles coming equipped with a document certifying the origin of the ride, the start of the driving ban moves back for 4 hours.

    For vehicles with the destination Sardinia or abroad who are with an appropriate document confirming the destination of the journey, provided that the end of the driving ban will be reduced of 2 hours.
    For vehicles with destinations "Inter ports" (truck farms) of Bologna, Padua, Verona, Turin, Orbassano, Rivalta Scrivia, Novara, Parma Fontevivio, Busto Arsizio, Milan Rogredo and Milan Smistamento to transport goods abroad, the end of the driving ban (confirmation in Destination) is brought forward by 4 hours.
    For Sardinia moving vehicle, driving the mainland or from the mainland to Sardinia, the beginning and the end of the driving ban is delayed for 2 hours. These vehicles will need a confirmation of the starting point or of destination.

It requires a permission of the prefecture, which must be requested at least 10 days in advance. For foreign vehicles, a license from the prefecture of the Frontier Province, requested by the sender or the consignee.

Truck-overtaking ban
